The Summer Sessions will be held every Thursday afternoon. A lecture on a topic in cutting edge high energy or astroparticle physics will be given at 1.30-2.30, followed by a 30 minute Q&A over Zoom. Then, from 3.00-5.00 there will be an interactive session with graduate research assistants held over the Slack platform, where students will learn to analyze data taken at the Large Hadron Collider to search for evidence of new particle production.

Thursdays in June and July:

13:30 – 14:30: Lecture

14:30 – 15:00: Q&A

15:00 – 17:00: Interactive coding challenge
