During this camp, you will be recreating the discovery of a new particle using real data from a major particle accelerator, writing your own an analysis in the Python programming language.
No prior background in computer programming is needed – we will teach you all you need to know, and many helpful graduate students will be on hand to work with you on any aspects you find difficult.

This camp serves as an excellent basic introduction to computer programming, as well as a primer in particle physics, and students of all levels of proficiency at coding have enjoyed the camp in the past.
